Sauna Usage Terms and Conditions:
- Age Requirement:
- Sauna usage is restricted to individuals aged 16 and above.
- Towel Policy:
- Please sit on a towel while using the sauna.
- Locker Usage:
- Lockers are provided for your convenience; however, any loss or damage is at the user's risk.
- Floor Safety:
- Be mindful of slippery surfaces. Although the floor is nonslip, moist and steamy conditions may create slippery areas. Use the sauna and wet room with care.
- Pre-Plunge Bath Shower:
- Shower before using the plunge bath.
- Plunge Bath Restrictions:
- Do not use detergents, soaps, or shampoos in the plunge bath.
- Sauna Safety:
- Do not touch the stove or rocks in the sauna; they are extremely hot.
- Entrance and Exit Protocol:
- Enter and exit the sauna with care, keeping the door shut.
- Respectful Usage:
- Be respectful and mindful of others in the sauna.
- Steam Caution:
- Steam with care and consideration for others. Adding water to the rocks at high temperatures can create an intense burst of steam.
- No Glass Policy:
- Do not bring glass into the wet room or sauna area.
- Food Restriction:
- No food is allowed inside the wet room or sauna.
- Health Advisory:
- If you have any health conditions that may be impacted by sauna or cold plunge usage, please consult with your doctor before proceeding.
